There are several recordings of Jesus appearing to the disciples following the Resurrection.  One that is probably more known that the story of Thomas would be the one for today, the walk down the Emmaus Road.  The disciples are walking and talking with this stranger along the road and don't even recognize who He is.  And then, they feel as though the conversation has gone so well, they invite Jesus to stay with them.

How often have we walked with people on life's journey, shared stories and experiences and not know who they really are?  And then invite them to stay with you?  Not many of us will immediately respond "yes, I have" but if we look closely we discover how often we do it.  Sometimes it's more than we thought.

What would it mean to be more intentional about recognizing and getting to know the people we journey with?  Learning who they are... their challenges and places of celebration?  Maybe we should do more inviting people to "BE OUR GUEST" and show radical hospitality when and where we can.  It could be an "eye opening experience"!!!!  Join us on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. in person or on our YouTube channel.  See you there!
