The Night Time is the Right Time
This Sunday marks the second week of the season of Lent. While Sundays are not a part of the "official" count of 40 days for the season leading up to Easter, they are important in our lives as believers. Sundays offer us a time to reflect and remember and reconnect.
This week we will take a look at the visit from Nicodemus to Jesus under the cover of darkness. What does it mean to "visit" Jesus in the midst of darkness? What does it mean to be "born again"? Some of these questions and many others are answered by Jesus but in a very ominous manner. And how many of the people holding up banners at sports events and other public places really know what "John 3:16" really means and requires?
Let's try to get some clearer answers to why the "NIGHT TIME IS THE RIGHT TIME" as Nicodemus would argue, and why John 3:16 has far more meaning than waving a poster in public. Join us on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. to see if we can get a little clarity. Join us in person or on YouTube at 10:00 a.m.. See you there!
